1. Returns & Refunds – How It Works
At DivaNova, customer satisfaction is our priority! Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, return eligibility and processing times may vary. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns only if our supplier allows it. If you would like to return an item, please:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔️Customers cover return shipping costs.
✔️No restocking fee – full refund on eligible returns.
✔️Final sale items cannot be returned.
✔️ Provide your order number and photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
✔️ We will check with our supplier and confirm if a return is possible.
The following items are non-refundable:
🚫 Used or opened beauty & skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
🚫 Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
🚫 Orders where the customer provided the wrong shipping details.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your return is approved by our supplier:
We will send you the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the supplier confirms receipt of the item, we will process your refund.
Note: Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Send us clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
We will contact the supplier and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
